Surgery is a Go

We are still on for surgery after all; no postponement.  We are done with with pre-op appointment and have to be over to meet with anesthia (I'm sure that's not spell correctly) at 1:00 p.m.  We are to report to the hospital at 6:15 in the morning and they anticipate taking her back to the OR around 8:00 a.m.  They said to expect at least 8 hours, maybe a little less maybe a little more.  She will be in the PICU on the 10th floor after surgery.

Rachel,
We are friends of Gary and Merlyn Smith (from church), and we've heard frequent updates about you and have kept you in our prayers.

Our daughter is almost two years old, and she was born with DiGeorge Syndrome and Truncus Arteriosus. We are very familiar with the surgery you will be having tomorrow. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.
